A consistent quality policy is crucial to our business success. It defines our high quality standards and ensures that everyone works together towards common goals and results.

The strategy and objectives of our quality policy are defined by management and communicated to our employees. The Managing Directors at the individual sites ensure that the quality policy is accessible to the entire workforce and relevant parties. Each employee is personally responsible for implementing it within their area of responsibility.

For us, questioning what already exists is both a responsibility and a challenge. Our goal is to ensure optimum customer satisfaction. This is only possible by continuously improving the quality of our processes and products.

Our customers set the standard for our quality; their judgement is decisive for our actions. This includes not only processing enquiries, quotations and orders promptly and within the agreed deadlines. We also attach great importance to meeting delivery dates and working in partnership with our customers. In addition to our extensive expertise, we also have a particular ability to recognise customers’ unspoken expectations, which we are happy to fulfil.

The qualifications, information and motivation of all employees are fundamental prerequisites for our business success. That is why it is important to us to provide everyone with comprehensive information and to support and develop them through targeted training. Personal objectives and qualification measures are identified during employee discussions.

Managers have a role-model function – including at WECUBEX. This is why our managers lead by example when it comes to quality awareness towards customers, employees and partners.

All relevant key figures and targets are regularly reviewed by management. Through daily shopfloor management in all areas of the company, employees are informed about the extent to which the defined objectives of our safety, quality and performance planning have been achieved. This creates transparency – including with regard to the effectiveness of the quality management system and WECUBEX’s quality level.
